Thats what I thought too, so I downloaded it several times, uploaded it several times, even tried downloading the upgrade versions and uploading those ontop, all with fresh uploads after deleting the files on the server, but the installer was always messed up and not displaying correctly in any browser I tried.
But yeah all working now with the install of the old and upgrading from within.
