General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Re: Backup and restore issue

This weekend I decided to delete the entire site and copied and pasted the files individually via cpanel and the same thing is happening. Any ideas? Again the entire site is working but on the backend the same settings in the screen shot in previous message is happening.
