Okay, I'm looking at that table in phpmyadmin> Extenstions> jDownloads
Now here's what I've found. On com_jdownloads component, if I scroll over under the following columns say this:
client_id is set to 1
enabled is set to 1
access is set to 0
protected set to 0
params is blanks with "{}"
Still puzzled. I tried another installation of joomla just to compare and it showed up their but not in one I'm working on. I'm puzzled
