General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • HELP: Pre assigned customer login to a unique page

I have 10 customers. I'd like the website's first page to be a login page. Each of the 10, after loggin in successfully will see a unique page all their own. The rest of the site, menues, pages, etc. are all normal. Where do I start to configure Joomla to do this? Thank you.
