I found out we have a 2nd search module that was hidden and I was able to find the options for that. In playing around with them, it does change the ordering but still isn't giving me the proper results.
So, we have the search bar at the top right of the screen that I can't do much with and the "Search Destinations" link on the left menu that I can alter a bit but still not working correctly.
