Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • Upgradng from 3.2.7 to 3.3.6: always problem

Hi,

I tried all the possible solutions in order to upgrade my joomla installation from the site back-end:



- via joomla, update

-- FTP

-- write directly



- via extension manager

-- via URL

-- via zip file

-- via directory



The systems seems to do something and at the end I found "internal server error", or something related to the gateway and the time (too long to response)...



In the past I had similar problem.

1) does someone can update from back-end with no problem?

2) update the file on site by ftp is always a viable solution?
