General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • insert a mp4 file an article

Hi



I'm trying to insert a mp4 file an article



I'm with many difficulties



I uploaded the file using FTP on the server



and in the article i put {mp4}filename{/mp4}



but the file does not load





what I'm doing wrong?



i need help
