General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Make syndicate module work

I published the syndication module and the icon show up, however it isn't active. When I look at the source code it looks okay

As you can see there is a link around the image and when I click the link in the source code it opens a feed. I can't figure out why the link isn't active in the page. Any suggestion is welcome.
