Hello hvdmeer, thanks for your continued interest. I'm not sure of the exact name for this extension. But yes, "Wordpress blog for Joomla" is the name I would attribute to it. Here is what I get when I select Wordpress in the component menu:

I'm not feeling at all comfortable in upgrading to Joomla 3, do not know how to do it. I get many emails from others who point out that I've got errors in my website that hamper SEO. Perhaps those errors occured in upgrading from Joomla 1 to Joomla 2.5.9.
