I found one that would integrate with VirtueMart. "Product Designer Virtuemart v4.1" BUT it cost over $2000 USD!
Then I also came across one that was for Joomla/VirtueMart called "Joomla/Virtuemart Design Software (v4.1)" that was $3200 USD!
Found a plugin that does the same thing for PrestShop websites....about $200 USD! WOW! I sure hope that there is one for Joomla/Virtuemart that is A LOT more affordable than $2000!
