Administration Joomla! 3.x • Re: Failed to load plugin:

I am using version 3.3.6. I have tried to disable the plugin by setting the enabled setting to "0" in myPHPadmin database settings. I have reset my password and still can not log in to my front or backend. I have tried replacing the plugins folder, no luck. I am still getting the message...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
