So I have gone thru the problem site and the other site that does not have the problem screen for screen. I did find in the User Manager: Add New User screen in the problem site that as soon as I opened it that the Account Details is already filled in with the Username and pw/confirm pw details of the new user details that I had attempted to create 3 days ago. I attempted to get rid of it by completing it and activating it and then delete it in the in the Users Manager: Users screen. It shows that it is deleted. Then I go to the User Manager: Edit Profile screen and I still have the problem. This problem is perplexing to me. It seems there is an area in the db that needs to be changed to fix this. I don't know what to do about it. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
