General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • passing variables to Joomla modules

I am making a Joomla website, where i am taking entries from the SQL database would be shown depending of different queries. I would like to write a universal module, then how to read in some parameters , then easy to display the results.

but there is no access to the module from the Joomla administrator panel.
