1. adjust the value in personal.css

}



2. edit the index.php of the template and change line 119 to



<a href="/"><img src="<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/<?php echo htmlspecialchars($logo); ?>" alt="<?php echo htmlspecialchars($templateparams->get('sitetitle'));?>" /></a>
