General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • How to update joomla 2.5.16 to joomla 3.2

HI,

I updating joomla but There is no update option available in my joomla.

I also uploaded package file of joommla 3.2 from Extention manager after uploading its not working.



please help how to update this one.
