Extensions for Joomla! 3.x • Use class in other extensions

Hello all!



I need to make a class, which shall be used in different modules/components.

What whould you advice me to do?

Shall I create a Joomla! plugin?

If yes, could anyone, please, help me how to do that?

And how can I use that class in another extension?
