I really love new Joomla 3.3 and I'm discovering finder component which I didn't know before but there is some issue that worries me a lot 
I run finder indexer every day by cron job and I'm using category filter to search my website - there are some categories checked in that filter.
Sometimes it happens that after indexing categories that have been set in filter are unchecked after another indexing and I have to set up categories again manually...
Is it possible to set up categories in filter permanently even if there are no articles in category so after another indexing I didn't have to worry something is missing?
How to achieve that? Please help.
