Hey guys!
Since I'm still experiencing this problem, and my cache is Off, I want to double-check with you to ensure I'm at the right place:
System menu/Global Config/System tab/Cache Settings/Cache: Off - Caching disabled
I also have Cache Handler: File.
I got to place 2 different modules at the bottom where the Users positions are. But for some "mysterious" reason I cannot get any module to show in the User3 position.
What could be getting in the way?
