Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • 1146 Error message"

Tried to upgrade from Joomla 2.5 to 3x...got this error message:



"1146 - An error has occurred.

Table 'tod1414609334365.jos_postinstall_messages' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `jos_postinstall_messages`"



Any idea how to fix it?
