You have a number of improper permissions on many directories and files. It is also strange that there are so many slightly different directories that have bad permissions...
logs/ (777) | tmp/ (777)
Elevated Permissions (First 10) :: log/ (777) | logs/ (777) | logse/ (647) | tmp/ (777) | var/ (777) | var1/ (747) |
Proper permissions are 644 for files and 755 for directories. Many people also set the configuration file to 444. Anything with 777 is giving a free pass to a hacker to do anything they want with your domain.
