Hi Joomla people. I've a website were I need to have people sign in as members, however, new members aren't receiving the account activation confirmation emails.
I've checked other threads on this at Joomla.org (http://ift.tt/1kujROq) and even had spent a good amount of time on phone with my Hosting Provider. We tried to follow these steps, however, No results, not working.
Can anyone help on this. By the way, I work on Mac.

Im using an classified extension Jom Classifieds, and they say it (email) has nothing to do with them.

Web Server = Apache
Php Version = 5.4.29
