I explaining my doubt little more...
Example:
* I have a web site, it is mainly concentrated on world news....(the front page and the and categories are related to world wide news).
*In the home page of this site have a Drop down menu ,in the drop down menu listed "India, America ,China...etc"
*When select the menu "India", the site should load a page with the content of "India" It should only display the menus and news from "India"(Menus like Indian States, Tourism...etc)
*I the sub menu "India", Should load the page like same as World(Main Page/Front Page/ )
*The sub menu should contain the categories and slide shows like front page but it matter only different
