General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by refer

Hi,

I am new to Joomla, i have been following a tutorial on youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-7jsURjLiU



But i get a bunch of errors like the below

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/m5095340/public_html/modules/mod_icemegamenu/helper.php on line 272



please can somebody tell me what im doing wrong
