Why isnt GPL enough?
What do you gain on donate something that is already donated?
What end users want is a stable voluntarily commitment to something that will last over time and where its a controlled responsible process in every level of the whole Joomla community.
How do you mean that this does this create more creditability, trust to use Joomla for companies, organizations etc?
Think...why havent Drupal and Wordpress taking this path do you think?
