Security in Joomla! 3.x • Potential security risk after migrating from 2.5.28 to 3.4.1

Hi,



I just migrated from 2.5.28 to 3.4.1. When I compare folder contents between an offline clean 3.4.1 and my live online version there seems to be files present that perhaps should not be there ex. /public_html/libraries/joomla/github/storage.php which I have been told is a potential security risk and contains the following:

Should I go through my entire site deleting files/folders not found in "Joomla_3.4.0-Stable-Full_Package"?



Please advice.
