I'm writting a blog and I really need the dates to be accurate. Now joomla is showing the current date in every blog article instead of the create or modify date. I have checked and double checked that both options are selected to "show" in the general options and to "use general" in the article options. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

EDIT: I just also noticed that if I set the show category to "hide" the date dissapears as well.
