Submenus ? and it sometimes template depending. But say for example you have the menu Comunity support etc. next create a new menu and set the owner of that menu to Comunity support and so on. Some mega Menu's allow this also.

----------------new Menu (new Name) - set to list catagories or articles e.t.c

or----------------new Menu (new Name) -- new Menu (new Name)
