Extensions for Joomla! 3.x • extentions with backlinks

Hi guys,

I just bought Joomla extensions (JSecure) and notice there is a message from Joomla directory "This extension inserts backlinks to the developer and may impact SEO", for paid extensions supposed to be free from any backlinks, right?

Any possible to remove this backlinks? What do you think about it?
