Administration Joomla! 3.x • Weird Menu Thing Happening

So something is very odd happening with my site. I've rebuilt my menu structure and for some reason some menu's are showing up under parent menu's they are not assigned to. I am not sure what exactly is going on but take a look at the screen shots:
