Administration Joomla! 3.x • Re: Custom HTML page

Hi, Imanickam...

I'm not clear on this... so here is some more detail...

I have created a menu item called "listen live", I also have an article called "listen" but I think that it actually does not have any content to it, and I have a module called "Listen Live".

The Module "Listen Live" has the custom HTML coding.

So, when you click on the menu item "listen live" it launches the module "listen live" changing the page to the custom HTML coded page, which launches an audio player from Live365 in shockwave flash, and automatically plays my Live365 station.

My hope is somehow to instead of changing the viewers browser directly to the player, it will leave the current window unchanged, and will launch a new window that contains the player, thus allowing the visitor to continue to browse the site while listening to the program.

Does that make sense?

From what I read in your document, I am to include a line somewhere in that HTML code that states

<a href="http://ift.tt/1aFgk2y; target="_blank">Visit mysitename!</a>

but I'm not sure where that would be included in the Live365 provided HTML script

Thank you for taking time to consider this problem.

Eric
