If your site is continually being exploited it almost certainly means that the hack is still present and you havent removed it. Typically a hacker would use a vulnerability in place A to place a backdoor in place B. So updating A will not fix the backdoor in B.



I strongly recommend using a tool such as myjoomla.com to scan your entire web site
