I have just set up a newVPS at webfusion win 2008 and IIS. This is a development server 4GB ram. Nothing else is running except the latest j3.3 site with some test content. Testing on gtmetrix the home page load time is 5.2 secs.
There are clearly major problems with j3 on Windows php 5.4 and IIS 7. Is Linux any better? I have another linux vps with webfusion with our older Joomla 2.5 sites and they run much faster.
looking at the threads in this in this forum performance of J3 looks to be a problem all round is this the case?
Should I revert back to Linux, although this is an issue for me.
