I just migrated from 2.5.28 to 3.3.6. Most seemed to go well but I have a category blog link on the main menu that is not displaying the articles at all. I see the articles. The menu link seems okay but no pages are displayed.

I had to turn off SEO friendly url's until the site is ready to go live. Does this have anything to do with my problem?
