Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • Re: Got 404 error when I try to open Plugin manager

I tried to overwrite the "Plugins" folder and also the "mod_plugins" folder (sitename/administrator/components/mod_plugins) but it still doesn't work.



What can I do?
