I've been running our club website with Joomla for a few months now & I'm very happy with it. However I have one wee problem that I'm sure is easy to fix but I can't figure it out.

As you can see I have a blue menu bar along the top with drop down links. I would like to have it so that the drop down links can be used as normal but I would also like to remove the links on the menu titles so they cant be clicked. I'm sure the solution is simple but I can't find it anywhere.
Any help form more experienced users would be very much appreciated.
