If you want to insert a link of a page that is invoked by clicking on a menu item, then open the corresponding menu item for Edit and you would see the URL of the menu item in that screen.
If you want to insert a link of an article then you could click on the button Article that is on the bottom of the edit area of the TinyMCE Editor and choose an article from the list shown.
