Generally like other Extension we also follow paid subscription system for support.Even topmost component of joomla follow same thing.
does that really mean if someone who doesnt buy support has all right to give us 0 in support in JED review system?
i think lot of paid component & free componnet work like this model.
if yes why the support will affect overall rating of components?
also if used dont want to give rating on support as he dont have that subscription and just leave it does that mean it will show 0?
