HI Forum, I am looking for a component that will allow me to take customer freedback on the phone while inputting the information into the componant live time. It is for a restaurants company that gets feedback from customers like, overcooked food, long wait time, forgot my birthday, etc. etc. Anything related to dining. I would need the component to allow for custom feilds as well as some sort of intelligence in reporting to be able to query like words and graph or compile hits for reporting.
Does or has anyone come accross a compoentn like this, if not I guess the next step would be custom development.
