Templates for Joomla! 3.x • Bt Medical template isn't working

Hi guys,



I have been trying to install the following templates using Joomla 3.3 but keep getting the following message:



JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file



What should I do? The following template (http://ift.tt/1Bd7PYd) was bought online and seems not to meet the requirements or something.



I unzipped the file first then tried to upload it unsuccessfully.



Please help
