Open Source Products for Joomla! • Menu Type?

I've noticed a menu type/style that I'd like to incorporate in some of my Joomla sites, but I'm not sure what it's called. When you hover over the item, it opens like a tooltip with neatly arranged links to other items.

Confessing my ignorance: What is this menu style/type called?



Is there a Joomla extension that will accomplish this?
