Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • Got 404 error when I try to open Plugin manager

Hi guys,



I managed to update my website to Joomla 3.x. (Local hosting)



Everything is going well, except for Plugins Manager.



When I click to open it, I got 404 error - component not found.



What caused the problem? And what can I do to fix it?
