General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Animal Resuce Site

Can anyone suggest extensions to use for a Non-profit Animal rescue site? This is a dog rescue site that resuce dogs and puts them up for adoption. I need software to make it as easy as possible for a non-technical person to manage the dogs currently up for adoption, manage potential adoptors, manage the volunteers (fosters, board members, [[drive]], ect.).



Any suggestions?
