I have a problem, and I was wondering if you could help me with it.

I made a website for my faculty, so when i was working on the menu I found out that in the template there isn't a module for main menu, the menu bar puts on what it founds on 'Main Menu'.
I created another two menus, one for Romanian, and one for English (empty both of them), only for the language switcher to work. The default language is Romanian.
And it does, the page works...but when i delete the cache (cache is on) and enter the page..it redirects me to the english version, and that happens sometimes when a new user enters the page.
It is the faculty page..and it's very populated and this is very annoying.
