We paid this guy and he pay it to cloudaccess. We dont have any chance with this guy since he never give us the passwrod for the cpanel. So what am planing now is to change hosting, i have full backup my web and data base but from my super user account by using easy joomla backup extention.
What will happen with our emails ''@mywebsite.com '' ? does they move automaticly to the new hosting ?
