The problem with Jcomments is that you have not updated it. With it updated the site runs. Even if it is uninstalled the same database error occurs
Running the cli\deletefiles.php from the command line allows the Joomla update to finalise. And allows access to the backend to run the database fix and run the discover.
The warning about the email protector is cleared when it is reinstalled and the page refreshed.
You have at least one extension not up to date(not all developers use the update notification in Joomla)
