General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Module formating not carrying over to other pages

Hello,

I have an event module in the content below bottom configured on the home page. This has the information to contact the La Mesa Woman's club. I have chose that module to show on all the other pages. It does show up but has lost the format that shows on the home page.
