General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • new site not updating page URL

I am building a site using the ISIS template and have re-written the front page articles. I have set the global configuration to make SEO friendly URL's like on other sites I have but in this case, when the page is edited and the title etc are all new, I still get a non-relevant URL like this one when the title is not "beginners" any more. I also don't understand the numbers before the category and the article. Can anyone help me configure this so I get the article title as the page URL?
