Hello! Sorry about yet another Login mod issue... the solution to this might be simple but I am not able to find it out. Am quite new to joomla.. and yes sorry for my bad english. not my native tongue
currently running joomla 3.x with Quasar theme from Rockettheme.
short version of the problem:
I have to have 2 separate login forms. one for a link to login form in menu that upon login redirects people to main site and then is no longer visable in menu. and one for users that click on multiple links within the website that lead to a "registered only" articles witch after login in they are redirected to the article they were going to view.
Longer, more detailed version of the problem:
*I am building a website that has a log-in link in the menu.
*When Users log in I have set it so that the log-in link disapears (setting the access to link to guest only)
*When users log in I have set the default redirect page to my main page index.php.
*I did that so the users don't get the annoying warning message that they are not authoriced to view that page
This all works good.
However.. a part of the site uses a module from rockettheme that is called RokSprocket.
I use that to link to other articles within my website. Some of those articles are for registered users only.
However, so that I am able to have the link to the "reg only article" visible via RokSprocket I have to set the article to a hidden menu that is set to "Registered". (If I set the article to "registered" the link from RokSprocket will not show)
so now when guests press that link I want them to auto direct to a separate login page, and after completing login there they are to redirect to the requested article that they were to visit.
But as it is set up now users press the link. they get the default login form that is in the menu and after login they redirect to main index site...
How is it possible for me to set up a special login form for the people that press links directing them to a registered users only article after login?
Hope that someone understands what i'm try'n to do haha..
Thanks in advance!
Best Regards
