I am having an issue with a plugin and I am not sure how or if it can be resolved. I have downloaded 3 plugins and none of them contain a xml file. The most recent download link was provided by the developer of the template. I tried to install via Joomla Extensions and received the dreaded "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file" message. Am I out of luck here? If so, can someone please provide another suggestion? I am just about finished with a website that I want to essentially be a one page site. I would like the nav buttons to highlight as the visitor scrolls down the page, and essentially scroll to the section when the link is selected. Any assistance you can provide is GREATLY appreciated.
