Installation Joomla! 3.x • Re: Database updates does not exist

Today i uninstall Xampp and install uniformserver updated version but error still remaining. i notice in phpmyadmin and did not found the "v1b2_updates" table.Is it possible to create this table manually in phpmyadmin? Is it the error for the missing table?
